So what did you say to post office when u call them abt the file Coz they said they let me know in 24 hours but now over 24 hours now

Tell them that u need to open a case specific enquiry for ur application, then they will seriously look into it.

Guys what documents that you used as a proof. of income in 2012 other than pay stubs since T4 of the current year (2012) is not issued yet

I do have a reference letter from my employer saying I have received XXXXX CAD, till date, for the work in 2012. Is this letter sufficient??

I have the exact same problem. Mine was mailed on the 15th. I called Canada Post and was told that the visa office is a large incoming mail facility so they have a driver go to the CanadaPost mailing facility to pick up all packages to the visa office. I was told that the driver picks up the mail for the visa office everyday Monday to Friday and that my package was picked up but I won't see a delivery notification online until they sort the packages at the visa office. So according to Canada Post there's no reason to worry, the package is not lost. It's just a matter of time until the visa office sorts through and notifies Canada Post.

I'll wait another week and then email the visa office to make sure. Please keep me updated on your case too.

So should i wait or what coz its been now 8 days still it shows out for delivery no update at all

when did u sent can you plz tell i sent 16 August of 2nd address but still no delivery report yet i dont know what to do now man i m so frusted now can some one advice me plz i called post canada they said we will track ur num and tell u know in 24 hours

Don't worry Shah, Wait for some time, it wn't be lost. I posted my application on 9th Aug and CIC received it on 13th Aug morning.

Hey Shah, same here..i also sent at Aug16 by express post ..its still ' out for delivery' ...so i guess ..we should not worry ..looks some thing else other than missing our application .

Guys, this is correct thing nothing wrong .you should only send to regular address if sending through express post (its not courier) ..i have sent it earlier on regular address and they received it ..so this is not a issue ... there is something else going on at visa office because of that all our mails are not delivered yet .
