Hello folks,
I applied CEC file 16 of August by express post but Sydney didn't received yet when i check canada post online it says "out for delivery" its been 2 days out for delivery today is 22 August but they didn't get that yet so i m just wondering what should i do now????? plz any senior help me about this matter....

Hello Shah, To which address did you send your application by express post? You might have sent to the Regular mail address mentioned below which is incorrect :'(. If yes, it will be sent to the PO Box and I don't know what happens thereafter.. I hope CIC will transfer your file to the right address

I used the second address. my application is still not delivered . It supposed to be delivered since friday last week. I dont know what is going on. I hope it didn't get lost. well, post canada will update me in no time as i have filed a complaint.

What processs did you guys follow? Was it a simple online application to which you received a simple letter or did you guys go through a fingure print procedure. Please help. Thank you.

when did u sent can you plz tell i sent 16 August of 2nd address but still no delivery report yet i dont know what to do now man i m so frusted now can some one advice me plz i called post canada they said we will track ur num and tell u know in 24 hours

Though it is not mandatory to send the Police clearence from Canada, but to be safer side i did sent(no finger prints) too.It is a very simple process.You need to go to your local police head office and tell that you need Police clearance.Fill the form and pay fee i think it is 30CAD.immediately you will get the certificate.whole exercise takes 5-6 mins only.

I called Canada Post and was told that the visa office is a large incoming mail facility so they have a driver go to the CanadaPost mailing facility to pick up all packages to the visa office. I was told that the driver picks up the mail for the visa office everyday Monday to Friday and that my package was picked up but I won't see a delivery notification online until they sort the packages at the visa office. So according to Canada Post there's no reason to worry, the package is not lost. It's just a matter of time until the visa office sorts through and notifies Canada Post.

I'll wait another week and then email the visa office to make sure. Please keep me updated on your case too.

So i sent 16 of August and today is 23 August now how long should i wait if driver pick up so how do i know my file was submitted or not if online no update
