1. while filling up the forms - the form IMM 0008 comes out single sided while printing even though the printer settings are set to double side prints. Is it okay to submit single sided forms?
I printed all of my forms as single sided.
2. Can i give communication address as home country address than the current canadian residential address? The reason is if it takes 15 months to process..not sure the current canadian residential address would be valid till then, The address could change in couple of months from now.
You could change your address later. However, if you are sure that you will move back to your home country, maybe put it as your mailing address. Also, it is not necessary to use same address for both residential and mailing addresses.
just my opoion, confirm with seniors.

2. Give ur email ID, then u don't really need to worry about mailing address For correspondence. (u can change ur mailing address to home country at later stage if required)

Just primary applicant.androme said:Hi Guys, I am applying for PR through a lawyer (Green and Spiegel in Toronto). Hopefully we can send our file by the endof August. The lawyer says that we don't need to
send the IELTS results for the accompanying spouse. He says that we just need the IELTS for the primary applicant. What are you guys doing? Are you sending for both or
just for the primary applicant. Please advice and thank you for answering the earlier question.

Are you sure that it is ok to change the mailing address to home country address ?
Am not sure if CIC would do any correspondence with outside Canada mailing addresses.
Please add me to the list. Application mailed today August 15, 2012.seekr said:Aug stats.. Too preliminary at this stage..please post your dates all..
