If the agent told you it was still processing then they at least have it, so it's not lost at least. Right?

Thts right sahm2boys.thanks but its been last week since the agent said that...some people who sent later than us, already got an answer, and tht gets me worried because we can't even log in ecas.

I have a question for you ...

When you called, did the agent say that they cannot see your application in the system? Or did they say that they are processing it?

In my case, every time I called, the agent is saying that they cannot see my application in the system ...

It was my husband who called and he told me they said the app was in process... So that's all I know since I can't call them myself, I'm not in canada. I'm as worried as you because my photos and police check were taken over 3months before we sent the app.My forms were complete since last december,isigned them but we sent them only on aug of this year due to my husband activities in canada.so I'm also worried.
 
Hi Beast,
Call them and make sure if they mean your app is not received or its received but notyet in the system which for me would mean they received it but not finished with it.idont know, why can't this be easier for all of us if your family doesn't have no criminal record nor social assistance?

My husbands police certificate was from October 2010 and it was ok. Our application is in VO now.

It was there on August 5, approved August 14....But I was not worried about that police c. (my husband was:)) because I know that in my VO usually they ask for another police c. because by the time they are about to finish application processing, that police c. is expired.
