hi...!!

applied last august 9.2011, NOC 3152 and i emailed CIO with reply last December 28,2011 saying : "APPLICATION RECEIVED AND AWAITING REVIEW. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED IN DUE COURSE."

i'm confused, anybody can explain? am i included in the 500 quota? since i was not told that my application was returned due to CAP reached.. and my agent just told me not to expect too much..!!!!

wow I e-mailed them but don't get any reply what was your format and what e-mail address you sent it thanks... Hope you make it so that some who proclaim failures and returned application claims will be defied... God Bless...

My Visa office is also London, my address disappeared in Dec end and has reappeared in Jan start. But e-case status is still same " In-Process " . Did u recieve any update regarding ur application or any change in e-case status ?

the same happen with me as well. address diappeared around mid december n came back in the first week of jan. cant really say it wht it is all bout. most of the people think tht it happens when the file is being processed.
the good thing is tht the LVO is on the move. three july applicants got updated ecas status telling them tht their file is being processed. this line in ecas usually precede the Medical Request. if everythin goes well i am expecting MR by the end of february. good look!

As you mentioned that july applicants have recieved responses or their e-case status was updated. Now did they reiceve any thing between PER or they jumped directly into that status. because each time ur E-case status is updated u know that what is happening.

If they have not recieved any thing then their address might disappeared many times during the process.
