I called and they said until you receive anything in email nothing is confirmed

They said there is no fixed time it could come today Or it got come in 3 weeks!

Oct 16th 2014 applicant. Recently got "decision made" on Ecas
Emailed requesting for update got this:

"Your application is in the final stages of processing. You can expect to hear from us in the coming weeks."

Really hope that we hear from them soon and it won't be a refusal letter. I have seen a few applicants after me that already got PPR. Finger crossed*

Are the call center agents really not telling you guys if the application is positive or negative?

You can try multiple times. I tried in an hour after I saw Decision made and the lady who answered was sweet and she gave me all the details.
I had called again yesterday to check what email ID will be email be sent to and the lady who answered was super mean. So try more than once!

didn't you get two emails?
If you got 2 emails , your wife can use second email to submit passport in India.
