If you have a mailing address in Canada:
- The pre-paid Xpresspost envelope must be from Canada Post. Please note that we will not return documents to a Canadian address via any other courier.
- Submit all documents by mail in a single package and send to the following address:
CPC – Ottawa – PR
PO Box 9780
Ottawa ON K1G 4B9

DO NOT FILL OUT THE ADDRESS SECTION ON YOUR CANADA POST RETURN ENVELOPE.


· If you have a mailing address in the U.S.A.:
- The Self-Addressed pre-paid envelope should be arranged with a courier that delivers between Canada and the U.S.A.
- Submit all documents by mail in a single package and send to the following address:

I have mailing address in Canada, But by mistake I sent to other address, Will this have any issue please advise.... pls

I am Oct 2n applicant. I got my PPR from CPCO-FinalRequest with subject as Ready for Visa / Prêt pour Visa.

It has the following 4 steps
STEP 1: UPDATE YOUR APPLICATION
STEP 2: DETERMINE IF YOU NEED TO SUBMIT YOUR PASSPORT(S)
STEP 3: PREPARE YOUR DOCUMENTS
STEP 4: SUBMIT YOUR DOCUMENTS

VFS chennai, tamilnadu,India office refused to accept my docs. they said i will get an email stating

1) Passports
· VFS is our trusted partner for safe and secure passport transmission. Using VFS services is the only way to submit your passport. Contact VFS in India (www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/india) or in Nepal (www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/Nepal) and pay the requisite fees for the Passport Transmission Services . A separate envelope is required for each passport.


· Please take this letter and present it to VFS for the purchase of the secure Passport Transmission Service. VFS will send your passport to the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi in a secure envelope. You will then be advised by VFS when your passport has been returned and is ready to be picked up.

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU GOT 2 emails from CPCO-FinalRequest

Can some of you please tell what you ready for visa email say.

For me at is as follws:

"The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is almost complete. You must complete the following steps within 30 days in order for our office to issue your Confirmation of Permanent Residence and if applicable, permanent residence visa."

It says almost complete and ECAS still shows decision made.

Hi Guys, I need your advise.
I am Sep-2014 Applicant. I got ready for Visa email today. Since I applied from India, all the details related to passport sending are based on India.
I moved to Finland - Helsinki in June 2016 and accordingly got my address updated with CIC as well.
I have 2 questions ....

1. Should I reply to same email and tell them that I am in Helsinki and Please change the passport office accordingly.
2. I applied with my spouse. There is no email related to her application. Should I wait or mention about her in the email.

Hello all,
I am still waiting for PPR, ecacs status is "In Progress". In the meantime, I linked my paper based CEC application to my cic account to see more or to be notified in case that any status change would take place. According to my GCMS notes back from September, Eligibility - Passed, Criminality - Passed, Medical - Passed and Security - Blank, however the profile details on My CIC shows the status differently as Review of Eligibility - In Progress, Review of Medical - Passed, Background check is needed - In Progress, Final Decision - Not Started.

So, should I be worried that my eligibility evaluation was re-started? or CIC status does not reflect the exact status of my file or not synced well?
Any idea?
