What about those of us whose files have been complete (including all security checks, RPRF paid, etc) since May?

End of December is ridiculous and unacceptable. By the end of December I will have left Canada and returned to the States. I've lost count of all the Canadian job offers I've lost due to not having PR yet.

for those, they do not have to wait until december deadline, they should get it by this month end or early next month. good luck.

Sounds great, but like I said before, I'll believe it only if it happens. I have no reason to believe that CIC will keep their word on this or anything else.

My wife applied in aug2014
added me on sept 2015 while her application was in process
We got medical done in jan 2016
Yesterday we called CIC and they said application has sent to delhi in april 2016

Any idea what is my scope , how much time does it take ??

I was just checking the forum of June and July 2014, everybody received their PR, only one guy left from June 2014 whose background and criminality is still in process. Seems like they have cleared backlogs until July 2014..
