Aug/Sep/Oct Applicants Waiting for PPR

I'm an August 13 applicant who has watched most August, September, and October applicants get landed while I continue to wait endlessly. My application has been final for months. In June I went to my local MP office and presented my case to him. He said I was the most "astounding" case he has ever seen in terms of waiting so long for no good reason. He has called CIC twice on my behalf. Both times they told him there was nothing wrong with my file and I'll have a decision by end of July "at the latest." Of course end of July has now come and gone and my application still just says "in process." In twelve more days my wait will officially be 2 entire years.

"Infuriated" doesn't even begin to describe how I feel anymore.

I am in the same boat, you are lucky enough to at least get a medical request, I am August 21 applicant and have not received my Meds request yet! "Infuriated" well, I think there are no hopes left anymore... Almost 2 years and no med's request yet! I should go to your MP and show him my case LOL..

I can definitely relate to this frustration, I'm a sept 22 applicant, still waiting for my PRR. I pray to god this is our week. I would really like to know what is causing this delay. Are they waiting to send out a batch of PPRs?

I think the #1 cause of this delay is CIC's total indifference to the remaining CEC applications, plain and simple. We've already waited a year past our original wait time and I really don't think they care if we have to wait another entire year.

I have seen/read a few cases on this forum where it has taken 33 months and more..

My application assignment due date is Aug 5. Now that everybody is waiting for over a month past due date, I'm not expecting anything this week. Only god knows when this wait will be over. Long live CIC.

The processing time for CEC before jan 1 2015 is now 18months Most of us have been waiting 22+ months.

And also,my visitor visa got rejected twice in between to meet my spouse with some funny reasons.....

Has anybody experienced this? RPRF twice? There is no refund in my bank, should I submit a new payment??

They advised you via an email? I assume it takes couple weeks to reflect payment in your account. I suggest you call CIC.
