That's right.I didn't while applying.nor it's mentioned to do so in guidelines.good luck

You can upload the scanned copies of both the Convocation Certificates (Degree) and copy of mark sheets. However the most important thing is Credential Evaluation report which I believe you have got it done already

I dont think there is any requirement of credential equivalent
