I think the CIC has updated those forms yesterday .

I have signed the forms on Nov 1 and CIC received my application on Nov 2 .Do you guys think it will be an issue if I didnt use the updated November forms as I think they have released this form like yesterday?

Yes they must have updated them yesterday! They already updated them 2 weeks ago and here we are again with a new update…
I hope that won’t affect your application. Maybe try to contact IRCC and if the change has been made while your package was in transit then that may not be an issue for you.

If they updated the forms *after* they received them at CIC, then it's not an issue. How could you conceivably have the updated forms?

I intend to start now the application for spousal sponsorship to be sponsored by my wife who is a PR and staying in Canada.

After detailed review of all forms, instruction guide, etc., I find that some of the forms are not at all opening after we click the relevant links. For e.g., IMM 008, IMM 1334, IMM 5532, etc. I then googled and found these forms and downloaded the pdf from some other sites. When I reviewed these forms along with the guidelines, I found something wrong. The ques or item numbers to which explanations are given in the guideline do not match with the numbers on the forms that I have downloaded from some sites. At the same time, as stated above, the forms are not downloadable from the official links. I feel that if I use the forms that I downloaded from other sites, I may run the risk of using wrong forms.

Can you pls. guide me how to proceed and how to get the latest correct forms for spousal sponsorship application ?

Download them from the CIC site. Don't open them in your browser. You need to open them in Adobe Acrobat. Don't download the forms from sites other than CIC, or they will be incorrect and your application will be rejected for submitting incorrect forms.
