Just noticed in the document checklist saying to attach photos loose no binders! ???

Prepared for a week nice easy to scan loose all plastic, clear albums very convenient for scanning if needed...
Is it really not allowed, and I just take all back out and put huge one chunk photo stack? :(

What did you do with yours?
Thanks!

We printed out ours loose and wrote on the back of them for timelines!

Not quite sure what yr asking but either way, what that means is not to include thongs like photo albums or photos in plastic wallets etc.

I copied my pictures into a word document, 3 a page with a small description next to each one. Then I printed it. Much more organised than leaving them all loose and you don't have to send originals so you can keep them!

By loose it meant of you did include originals. If you want to go this route you could always attach them to some paper or just fasten them together. I went the ms word approqch only because I figured it was neater.

We just printed ours out, (all hundreds of 'em) and I attached a small kind of like a post-it sticker infront and wrote the timeline and/or who's who in the pictures. (i.e. June 2008 Vacation in NYC; Wedding Day - Picture with Groom's side of the family). Then we just used a rubber band to hold everything together. Easier for them to review the pictures.

No. Print them on a sheet of paper, 4 to a page. much easier.

Just print the photo normally by a photo shop it will be a lot cheaper and easier and better quality And put the info at the back side. Put all photos in an Enveloppe and you are done. Why are you guys looking to complicate things for nothing.

I was going to do this, but decided to glue them on paper and write captions beside them. Wish I'd thought of doing them on ms word thhough.

Thanks all!
Reworking my album onto Word and will print them out instead, glad noticed it before sending out.

Thanks for the advice!

^ We did ours as you are planning to - just put it all in Word and typed captions under each picture. (Also meant CIC didnm't have to decipher any hand-writing!) We did 2 or 3 to a page - some could be shrunken and still be obvious what the picture was showing, others we left bigger just to be safe. :)
