i think you should be employed when you apply for the work permit because you need paper work for the application you should ask the canadian visa office for that, good luck

Good day,

I want to apply for Atlantic immigration program. I have a question regarding working experience. I’m a membership sales advisor. I’m employed by a company, but I have an individual entrepreneur contract. I work full time, minimum 168 hours a month in their office. We even have fingerprint check, when we go in and out. So I can prove it. They can write a Referral Letter that I am a full time employee and how many hours I accomplished in last two years. I can show my salary I receive every month by my bank account and that I do pay taxes. Am I eligible to apply?
