@Alanna I don't think the paper application process has changed. There is no information on cic website for changing the paper process to online, however, you can refer to the following instruction guide which has a document checklist based on which you have prepare your application dossier.

Thanks! With things starting to ease here in Atlantic, I don't think they are moving online either.. I am still gathering my documents

I've been reading all your posts and thank you all who contribute their experiences to guide others as well. Now it's my turn to share my timeline from start to finish. It took a total of exactly 3 months waiting.

Aipp High skilled-NL inland
PR-Complete Application sent - December 5, 2019
CIC NS office Received application - December 9, 2019
AOR - January 8, 2020
Medical (up-front) passed- Jan 24, 2020
Biometric letter request - January January 24, 2020
Biometric done - January 28, 2020
Linked application online - Jan 31, 2020
Pre Arrival letter - Feb. 27, 2020
Received email for Interview- Feb. 28, 2020
Interview/ signed COPR - today March 5, 2020. Officer said, Congratulations! You are now a permanent resident, yey!

Just to let everyone know, my online application estimated processing bar still shows 48% complete.

Sent pr file on 27 may 20 to nova Scotia
Do they send my file to my home country VFS office or they do everything there only

Anyone here who is under the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Programme (AIPP) and the application was done in the United Arab Emirates? I want to know if how long you got the work permit after the application was submitted in VFS?

The time bar should be taken serious? how much time does it usually take after medical passed?
