I just read comments from other groups and they said that sometime because of the bad gateway, the "ghost update" might happen in the way that you see status changed from "submitted" to be "updated". However, when you refresh the page, it come back to "submitted". Did you actually receive the email states that your application got the new updates? Thanks.
No, not an email. I'm convinced it's related to the bad gateway you mentioned, so I suppose not a real ghost update lol.

i received email from IRCC 14 january,2020 application no. start with XEP___________ .
 
does anyone know how to speak to an IRCC agent on the phone?? I called several times but it always say due to high volume cannot transfer my call...then hang up. Anyone spoke to an agent successfully recently?? Thanks

Try until you get through. Usually it takes me 5 consistent calls to get through.
