Guys, I am confused.. as an AIGP inland applicant, 99% of my documents are in English.. for those that I have to submit copies, instead of originals, such as my Canadian degree cert, transcript, utilities bills.. do I still have to get these photocopies certified by an authority/notarized?? The instruction guide says that..

the date of the certification,

I applied online yesterday and today got my biometrics collection letter, so basically it's good to go

I have quite similar timeline with yours, I got an pre-arrival letter on 28th April.
So Gov didn't require an interview? or they delayed your interview?
I wonder what exact status of yours!

So here's a tricky question:
I've got my work permit a week before Canada closed its borders. While I'm allowed to enter Canada (Minister Trudeau put people travelling because of PR or a WP as foreigners allowed to enter the country), I can't find ANY flight that takes my to one of the 4 designated airports that are currently accepting international flights. These are: Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal and Toronto.
However, I've found a few tickets that take me to the US first and then to my final destination (Nova Scotia)...
Will I be allow to enter Canada through an airport that is not designated to deal with immigrants? Wouldn't immigration officers be able to review documentation of foreign nationals regardless of their POT (port of entry)?
My fear is to make it to Nova Scotia, but sent back home or top one of the four designated airports.
If anyone knows the answer, I'd be very grateful if you could share with me.

"On March 18, 2020, the Government instructed airlines to redirect international passenger flights to four Canadian airports – Toronto Pearson International Airport, Vancouver International Airport, Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport and Calgary International Airport.
Domestic flights, as well as flights from the United States, sun destinations such as Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean, as well as from St. Pierre-et-Miquelon, are not affected by this measure and can continue to operate on their regular routes and land at current Canadian destinations. The Government is working closely with the airline industry and airports to avoid unnecessarily disrupting operations and minimize inconveniencing travellers."

Where are you flying from ?
I‘d try to fly from the us to Toronto or Montreal and then get to Halifax. I just did land in Toronto and flew to Halifax last Sunday.
I don’t really know for sure but it didn‘t look like much was going on there and that they would handle Immigration at the Moment.
But I can‘t tell you for sure.
You can try calling Canadian Border Service. They helped me out too.

You don't need to get them attested at all. If they believe your documents are fake or inaccurate they will give you an update
