no this is the letter called pre arrivel letter . this letter we got before copr . please anyone know about it

If you are inland applicant you can also get PAL?
PAL comes when you pass eligibility usually with in month you get COPR after that but there is application sitting with PAL for several months and waiting for COPR.can you tell me somthing who know about PAL . actually my question was after the PAL how many days after we can expect COPR ?

I also applied online 14 Apr 21 but didn't get any application number.
