I'm doing everything through a consultant. She sent ADR by email second week of January. Medical was submitted directly by the doctor. I don't know when. I had the exams done Jan. 27.How did you submit the document? uploaded online or by email? Thanks
Well never seen anyone recieved 60days to submit ADR if you did get you are one of the lucky person.It says in the request letter :

Since the letter says you need to submit the docs to this address and address is email then you must send that, to avoid any 1% chance so far I recognize if its updated on online account you should be good but to avoid any issue best to follow what has been advised.
