Thanks for your reply. The check-box of Block Pop-up windows of Firefox is already checked. I tried Google Chrome but that also failed. I reported the problem to E-xact (third party for atip payment) but failed to get any clue.waitingsince2004 said:Check if you have activated popup blocker.

Principal Applicant needs to fill up and sign form imm5744e.Ambber29 said:Hi,
I ordered notes previously but for some reason I can't find the website address now.
Can someone please paste the link and also the link for consent form?
Thank you
Ambber
Another poster stated that, as per new rule now you don't need the permission from the applicant. Since the gcms notes can only be ordered by a Canadian Citizen or PR, does the Sponsor need to include this IMM5744E form from the applicant?realmiracle said:Principal Applicant needs to fill up and sign form imm5744e.
The link is:

only canadian citizen or PR can make the request, but if you are making a request for someone else's file you will need their consent. So if you are the applicant for sponsorship, then you can't make the request and your sponsor has to make the request on your file. if the sponsor makes a request for his file, then it will be the stage 1 sponsorship file in mississauga and not the stage 2 applicant file at the embassy. that is why you need consent.goodman36 said:Another poster stated that, as per new rule now you don't need the permission from the applicant. I requested GCMS notes on May 19 and received on June 19. The notes was extracted on May 22 and so I got one month old status. Now last week, my status was changed to in-process first time and I don't know for what reason? According to GCMS notes, our security and criminality are pending. Even our PPR is pending. I read on on forum, some of them are not able to receive the email of PPR and they come to know it through their GCMS notes. I am planning to do it again by the first week of July.Reflectoman said:only canadian citizen or PR can make the request, but if you are making a request for someone else's file you will need their consent. Can you please advise what form number is the consent form?realmiracle said:I requested GCMS notes on May 19 and received on June 19. Can I reuse the previous consent form which was signed on May 15?
