ATIP: File is being returned to RQ queue

Hello everyone,

Lets start a new thread for those people who requested ATIP report and got the below comment. This below comment was updated on 1-May-2014 in my ATIP

Applicant passed first test however residence concerns where not resolved at time of interview. File is being returned to RQ queue to be assigned to an Officer for review.

Please reply if your ATIP also says the same thing. Lets understand what this means and from here how much time it takes to get Oath letter.

It may help us to monitor each others timeline and feel less frustrated.

Just curious why resident concerns were no solved during interview? Was it because you were missing some stamps??

Different reasons. some for missing some days, some for not clearing the residency issues. However, there are also many victims who have met all the requirements but still got delayed for no reasons. (They have lived in Canada for 3 years, have a full time job, very clear entry/exit record, strong connections in Canada). There is only one explanation for those cases: CIC INTENTIONALLY DELAY THOSE CASES FOR SOME HIDDEN RULES (maybe quota or something else which only they know)

No Updates Janoo!. Same story, last I called CIC says that officer is assigned. . I am waiting for 4/6 years rule to take affect, will re-apply right a way.
