ATHE or OTHM Qualification

I have completed OTHM level 3 (60 credits). Now, can i apply Canada student visa for bachelor??
Hi friends,
I am planning to take PG Diploma in Project Management Course from OTHM. Although its a one year course, they say it can be finished within 4-7 months. So my concern is whether WES would deny the equivalency since the course was completed less than one year. I have done by ECA for my Bachelors (4 years) and hoping to get the extra points from 'Two or more Certificates' with This PGD.

I have 3 years bachelors degree and i want to do OTHM course to fall under TWO OR MORE CERTIFICATE DIPLOMA DEGREE category. .
OTHM level 7 diploma in occupational health and safety management has 120 credits
OTHM level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety has 60 credits
could someone please tell which qualification from above are valid for WES.
both above two qualifications are under OTHM specialist qualifications and someone told me that specialist qualifications in occupational health and safety are not valid for WES and beside OTHM specialist qualifications , all other OTHM qualifications are valid for WES .could someone help here...
and when i checked on WES REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TOOLS, it is showing OTHM level 6 Diploma in Occupational health and safety under their diploma list and i m not sure whether WES will evaluate it or no.... please if someone knows kindly reply....

They will recognize diploma and your outcome will be Bachelors Degree + PDG. If you're expecting that they will give you an upgrade to Masters then that won't happen (I have tried that already and eventually had to go for a top-up MBA program based on the diploma).

Generally they only require the highest degree/certificate. You can check your specific case from their "Documents Required" tool here https://applications.wes.org/required-documents
I checked on WES Required Documents tool, it is showing to submit final certificate and Examination Results. and when i checked documents requirements of other othm qualifications it is asking only academic transcripts. do you have any idea on this.
also can you share your experience how you did your wes evaluation like what documents they ask and what is the process please..
Academic transcripts mean your degree or diploma (but does not include professional certificates like CA or CMA). WES process is smooth, once you have all the documents you can go to their website and follow instructions there (there are many videos on YouTube as well). If you're in Pakistan, just go to HEC office and ask them about "WES process"; they will hold your hand and walk you step by step (most of the process is online anyways).
