ATHE or OTHM Qualification

Hi everyone,

Please can anyone tell me I completed my Level 7 Diploma in Healthcare Management 120 Credits from OFQUAL, ATHE , UK. WES Canada is accept this qualification for immigration purpose or not? I don't have any other qualification .

Should be acceptable as a 1 yr PG diploma in Canada. (Not master's degree)

Small update about my WES evaluation that my ATHE Level 7 Extended Diploma was evaluated as one year postgraduate diploma in ECA. Verbatim outcome:

"Diploma (two years) and postgraduate diploma (one year)"

Diploma details:
1,200 study hours (worth 120 credit hours) in strategic management. I will be happy to guide interest people, PM me.

Now I am stuck in creating EE profile, no choice that closely relates to ECA outcome

I am currently doing a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management at ATHE and already have a bachelor's. Can I please know if I will be qualified to apply for the two or more certificates, diploma...?

Your ATHE level 7 got evaluated as 1year PG diploma as expected which is good.

However,hope you are aware you can not claim points for 2 or more certificates in express entry only if one of your qualification is 3 years or more. Looking at your verbatim outcome that you have mentioned you can not claim points for 2 or more certificates. ( Unless you have another ECA report)

You're spot on Mona. PGD at this point of time is kind of useless for me for immigration purposes because I had an associate degree of 2 years, however, PGD will help me progress towards MBA which will be considered full MBA as per current WES evaluation tool (in any case, I can safely forget ITA under EE... and only way through is via job offer or nomination under PNP (which in most cases eventually require job offer) hence a catch-22 situation.

Only level 7 alone will not fetch you points for 2 or more certificates. You need a 3 yr diploma or bachelor's degree along with it. So to answer your question, yes you need to transcript for all your previous post secondary qualifications!!

MBA via this route would be full masters. Just check if the university is recognized by evaluators like WES (use their degree tool to find).

My case is same as yours. I have doing my Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership at OTHM Qualifications and will be finishing by Mar 2021. i already got my ECA for BTech (4 Years) as Bachelor degree. if i submit this Level 7 Diploma from OTHM will i get ECA as 2 or more degree?

Since no one replied, let me share experience with ATHE. They have a 30 GBP processing fee and send transactions to WES digitally. Counting from the date of payment, my entire process took 10 days till outcome.

Contact OTHM and ask for assistance.
