What do you mean that you lost it? Did you renounce it? If not, no you cannot apply for a TRV.I was lost permanent resident status , now I am living in home country , can I apply visitor visa for visiting my friends in Canada ?

You are still PR even if you didn’t meet RO or it expired. So not you cannot apply for a TRV. Do you still want to have PR. If so you need to apply for a PRTD and be approved and have valid reasons for not being in the country. If you don’t want to be PR, you have to renounce it formally. What do you mean that you lost it?
After getting Pr only 1 years, I went back then live in my home country up to now ( over 5 years ), so the pr was lost .
Your PR does not "automatically lost".What do you mean that you lost it?

Again, you DO NOT lost your PR status just by not being inside Canada. You now do not meet your RO.thanks for responds ,
Because I haven't been in Canada for at least 730 days during the last five years, I was lost my PR status.
now , what do I need to do if I want to come Canada ?
NO YOU DID NOT. You are a still PR. If you want to come to Canada, you either a) renounce PR, b) apply for PRTD to keep PR (it may be refused and PR will be revoked), or c) come through a land border and CBSA may report you to take away your PR.thanks for responds ,
