What do you mean that you lost it? Did you renounce it? If not, no you cannot apply for a TRV.
What do you mean that you lost it?
After getting Pr only 1 years, I went back then live in my home country up to now ( over 5 years ), so the pr was lost .

You are still PR even if you didn’t meet RO or it expired. So not you cannot apply for a TRV. Do you still want to have PR. If so you need to apply for a PRTD and be approved and have valid reasons for not being in the country. If you don’t want to be PR, you have to renounce it formally.

Your PR does not "automatically lost".
You likely do not have a valid PR card (expired one) and you do not meet your RO.
BUT if you have US visa/or can enter via US land border into Canada, you can still travel to Canada with your COPR.

Or apply for PRTD and see if you get it or not to travel direclty via air if it's approved.

You cannot apply for TRV until your PR is offically revoked or you apply to renounce it and that has been processed.

Because I haven't been in Canada for at least 730 days during the last five years, I was lost my PR status.

Again, you DO NOT lost your PR status just by not being inside Canada. You now do not meet your RO.

NO YOU DID NOT. You are a still PR. If you want to come to Canada, you either a) renounce PR, b) apply for PRTD to keep PR (it may be refused and PR will be revoked), or c) come through a land border and CBSA may report you to take away your PR.
