What type of application / what countries involved?What does it mean when the application is forwarded to IPB (migration office ) to continued process. cant find answer in any site.

I don't know, but my guess is the visa office in PH. I don't know for certain, however, as I would think that they'd refer to it as Manila office.Spouse sponsorship

I sent an email to check the status of our application and got a reply that our file is located in Manila and to contact them directly.What does it mean when the application is forwarded to IPB (migration office ) to continued process. cant find answer in any site.

Submitted application in ( Canada with representative, same rep when I applied as student in 2014 , now citizen.)
July 2023 and finalized in December 2023
AOR received in January 2024
Biometrics in March 2024
Medical in April 2024
Repeat medical in July 2024
No update after that.
Application tracker last update was in March 2024. My husband and kids are getting more anxious everyday, so am I ( 10x).
It depends how you applied. My file was in Mississauga (applied online) but passport submission was in VFS Manila.
You had to repeat medical so that leads to further delays and new medical needs to be reviewed.I sent an email to check the status of our application and got a reply that our file is located in Manila and to contact them directly.

Ah not sure if having a rep is same case, we didn't have a rep so I don't know how it works your part.Applied online with rep in Mississauga.
