asking for new OWP?

Hello Forumers,

My husband already get his OWP last january 2015 with restrictions because he haven't done any medical yet.

My question is: If we will do his medical now, can we re-apply or request new OWP without restrictions? Cause his planning to apply in HCA position.

Another question: are we gonna fillup another OWP application to send to them or just a request letter asking to lift the restrictions?

You need to submit an app to change conditions and include proof of the medical and a letter requesting the restriction removal.
