Asked to redo the medical examination

hi,
I got a decision made status after7 months of a medical exam. when I was asked for ppr I sent it but returned it without a visa stamp since the expired medical.
it's already 11 days, I am not asked for remedical. will they extend my medical report or what should I need to do next? I don't have any ideas about such cases. can anyone suggest to me what next I have to do?

My application is over 16months now , just yesterday I received correspondence for medical to be done again ,its will expire in 21st August, 2024, can anyone tell how long is gonna take for PPR ? Am soo worried

Hello, I was asked to redo the medical after it showed passed on my profile. I had completed the medical in May 2024. Got a message again on 03rd Dec for medical tests. I have sent the web form to IRCC to which they replied saying that my request has been forwarded to concerned office and they will get back. Do I need to do the medical even though my previous medical reports are not older than 12 months ?? Thanks
