Hello,

I have received an ITA in the 14th draw.

I asked my immediate managers to write a reference letter for me ( I qualify under FSW)

They said me to print the matter, which they will review and then sign and stamp.

(i) I worked under under NOC 6221 from 15 July 2010 to 6th June 2013 and then under same NOC from 10th June 2013 to 26 July 2013. Can I count this as 3 years of work ex as per CIC?

(ii) Since the referees have asked me to type the matter on my own, so for the NOC duties, should I simply copy paste them from CIC website and get it signed and stanped or paraphrase the duties and responsibilities?

Thanks in advance

Paraphrase. Avoid copy paste.

First of all, sorry for posting here. I'm a new member and can't create a new post for some reason. Can someone enlighten me? I submitted my EE application in April. Status as of now is medicals passed and review in progress. My concern is - I did include IELTS and ECA reference number in application but did not upload actual document. Am I at risk? Should I submit IELTS and ECA result using case specific inquiry form in advance to avoid rejection? Thanks in advance.

dan_and,,,thanks a lot for your reply. I was under the same impression until now but many posts on this forum seem to suggest that if you don't submit,,,u may get rejection. So I was a bit worried.

Question on Police Clearance Certificate

Hi All,
I got doubt in police clearance certificate to apply for my Canadian PR Visa.
My Office had sent me to London for my Onsite Work from Sep-2013-Oct-2014 (11 months).
My Question is
  • 1. Do I need to submit Police Clearance certificate from London as well as India?
  • 2. If Yes. How to apply Police Clearance certificate in London?

Awaits response

Not sure why are u confused about PCC when the CIC page clearly says that one needs PCC for a country where the duration of stay was more than 6 months.

For "how to obtain PCC from London", google it or wait for someone to answer

The system did ask applicants to upload ECA along with Degree/Diploma certificate(s). And that was one reason why someone got rejected because they did not include the certificate(s).

If you have uploaded neither ECA report nor certificate(s), it is a good idea to send both of those using a CSE.

Dan_and and Asivad anac - Thanks a ton for your reply.

Just to be clear - I did upload reference number for IELTS and ECA in the main body of application including the date of issue.
And I uploaded my degree diplomas when they asked to upload documents after the written application was complete but did not upload ECA or IELTS.
Now I'm in dilemma whether I should send IELTS and ECA using CSE form. I think I will end up sending it just to feel safe. Is that OK?

@ Asivad Anac please guide me..

I know many people have ask this question in different forums…but I am still confuse and answer is not clear..

I have complete my EE profile last week…and as I am married I have giving all information related to my spouse and I have selected option that “my spouse will accompany me to Canada”….my total score is around 440 and I am not applying from outside.

now second option I have is that i can select “my wife will NOT accompany me to CANADA” (i will disclose i am married but my wife will not accompany me) my score will increase up to 460+…..

Now my question is….is it possible that I select second option that “my spouse will NOT accompany me to Canada” and suppose I get ITA…will I be able to apply for PR with my spouse(at the time of submitting the application)?? Or It’s not possible since check list I will going to receive will be based on the option I have selected while creating profile ….??

Please help thanks in advance....

Not possible the way you describe.

If you get an ITA basis your claim that your spouse is 'not accompanying' and then try to change that to 'accompanying' at a later point in time, that is a material difference to your application leading to a recalculation of points and cancellation of your ITA if your revised CRS is below that particular draw's cutoff.

In such a case, the only option is to land in Canada alone and sponsor your spouse. That would take between 12 and 24 months.

Million dollar question! CIC was barely getting predictable in June and then everything changed! :( :(

How many lines do you see in ECAS?
