if you mean through Arrima, then the answer is NO. nobody has been invited to date. through the older way, sure they have been applying and accepted.

get used to that as the whole Quebec immigration system will put your patience to the limit. best way to handle is to forget about it and be surprised when they send you new notifications/requests
