As you are married, you must have at least 59 points to qualify for Québec immigration as per present selection criterio. However, they are going to modify the selection criterion in the coming months, then minimum cut off score and regulations may change. But as of today, you should have 59 points, so try to increase points.
Thanks bond 007. Are they going to change the grid points? And any idea that how many weeks, months will take to receive the invitation as I did submit the EOI on this 4th.

Thank you dude.

You should not expect invitations for Arrima (those who live outside Québec) before January 2020. But it may be delayed as you know that Québec has never worked as per schedule.
ok mate. looks its take long time for the invitation

I got that far back June before they even started. It seems you mistakenly press edit file while trying to download your file.

Hi All,
I know posting my question will be irrevelant here
But i do not have any Quebec Group to confirm
Hi all,
There was a message in my Arrima portal
Subject: Update of your declaration of interest
Mrs,
Sir,
We inform you that changes have been made to the
declaration of interest and you are invited to update your file. The
modifications involve the "Consents" section and have the following objectives:
• make your depersonalized employability profile visible to
potential employers so that they can consult it,
information on your level of education, your fields of study, your
work experiences (occupied professions) and your knowledge of
French;
• allow employers who would be interested in your profile to
contact you for a possible hiring process, while
preserving your personal information;
• demonstrate your interest in being contacted by an employer to occupy
temporary employment in Quebec;
• obtain your consent to participate in studies to improve
our services.
The update you are invited to do covers three facets of your
profile:
- your interest in holding a temporary job in Quebec;
- your consent to participate in studies (surveys and groups
of discussing);
- your consent to be informed of the recruitment missions of the
Quebec abroad.
However, note that the choice whether or not to update the section
"Consents" will have no impact on the validity of your declaration
of interest or the possibility of receiving an invitation by the Minister to present
a request for permanent selection.
To update your declaration of interest, you must log in to your
profile on the Arrima platform and follow the steps below.
1. Click on the "..." icon.
2. Then click on the "Update my file" option located at the
right of your declaration of interest in the "My files" section.
3. Make sure to update the section whose pellet is not
green color.
December 19, 2019
- 2 -
4. Finally, save your changes and file the update for your
declaration of interest.
Please receive, Madam, Sir, our best regards.

I understand may be there should be some changes happend and they are willing to take our consent via updating our profile but then when i checked inside my Declaration of Interested if it is showing DEADLINE OF FILING - 30 MARCH 2020 ( 3 months from today )
Not sure what it is, can anyone confirm??

Hi,

I am having full time job in Longueuil. I came thru job market and holding LMIA. I have calculated my points using table provided for calculation and I am to get 59 points without eilts. My friend told me that you can apply without eilts as well as you came thru job market and your CV is already scanned.

Please tell me, Is this correct?

yes You can apply without IELTS but you don't know how many years it will take to get invited, better give IELTS to be on the safe side as you age points will be decreasing 2 points every year
