2. While accepting the invite , there is a section to update language details, I am wondering if we can update any language details there before accepting the invite. I know it is difficult to get ielts in 60days. Any thought on this?
3. The person with 52 is in "A" NOC ? Any idea if has found any way?

Guys , Arrima is not related by any mean to your score , Invitations are based on VJO only.

Your score will be calculated after you submit CSQ in "Mon Projet" , many people received intend to reject in 2019 after submit for CSQ , you can check old forums for more details

Yep, scores and other factors are decided in Mon Projet. VJO doesn't guarantee csq and also a higher score as I came to know about an individual with less than 50 score and vjo getting csq later. He worked in essential services. When I use the word 'opaque' in some of my comments that's what I meant.
Also two people known to me and one on this forum, all with VJO, didn't get an invite on Sep 24 even though there file was updated atleast 6 months back. Unable to understand it and lawyer says there's not much that can be done except to wait for next draw.

CSQs are issued with priorities based on NOC for essential services , IT & telecoms . and it is written in CSQ

Not sure but except the prioritized NOC they may be having quota limitations as well. As the previous immigration minister said it's more like Tinder of immigration with MIFI having final say.
Some immigration agencies make fool of people by saying that our firm would ensure csq for you if you are invited in Arrima.

As the application says it is for employees who are offered a permanent job from thier employer.

But i have heard on this forum that some without permanent job offer and still on a "LIMITED" time job contract got a VJO? Not sure if this was fake profiles posting or someone just misleading others. Need a concrete answer to this from experts in this forum.

does any of the invited persons submitted their file in monproject? I have a question on where to enter VJO reference number while filling our details in monproject? Look like it didn't ask for it and may be not needed... if it's not needed how do they know that you have VJO to add extra points?

I too had the same question. I am planning to send approval copy along with other documents.

Did you find any documentation or sample questions about quebec values test??
