Great, put it in your signature. you must be the earliest application(non BIll 9 + Inland + VJO). I guess your 6 months timeline starts from Feb 16 2020. lets see if you get CSQ before 16 August of this year. not very far. three months to go.

To conclude we are 449 (Non-Bill 9 victims invited person ) out of 2085 ( All invitations invites person)
From what i see in my company , all my colleagues (Bill Victims) are invited on July 4 and all of them get CSQ in October . All was working with BCF lawyers so they did n't get intent to refuse (files were correct with explanation cover letter for every missing or unclear paper ) and CSQ is processed fast.
I believe that they are giving priority to Bill Victim persons 1636 (Bill 9 victims invited person ) out of 2085 ( All invitations invites person)
I see many of people here from 1636 (Bill victims invited person ) made mistakes in their profile so their file processing is delaying which accordingly affect us the 449 (Non-Bill victims invited person) .
If you hear about any of the 449 (Non-Bill 9 victims invited person ) got their CSQ , so my above theory will be wrong and i will be happy for that LoL

Regarding AOR processing , I called MIFI more than 30 times during pandemic
only one agent help and explain to me process during pandemic that one employee only is opening mail received every Wednesday and update system in the same day (which is exactly happened to me) , So if legault open economy as planned i believe you will get AOR before 2 monthDo you know how many CSQ has been issued form 1636 ?Hi RK2017

are you also processing your application with BCF ?
Is that a good assumption to say all Non BIll 9 aspirants were invited on Dec 12 only ?
I see as of now you and me are invited on Dec12 and we both are non Bill 9 individuals.

All numbers are already in MIFI website there are two criteria to select people:
1- Bill 9 Victim (6 rounds Invitations) selection selection criteria is ( Bill 9 Victim Inland + they filed an expression of interest with the Minister before December 17, 2019
2- Non Bill 9 Victims ( 4 rounds Invitations ) selection selection criteria is (Inland + VJO)

No i don't know numbers , but i see here many of Bill 9 victims not get their CSQ yet
But the good thing that according to selection criteria they gave Bill 9 victims opportunity to submit before December 17, 2019 , so all Bill 9 victims who submit Arrima profile after this date will not be invited so no any new invitations will be sent out , so MIFI is working on bacl logs only
What kind of documents, did they asked you?
We have similar timeline, but in my case, on Feb 10 they asked me to add my son in the application, without intention to refuse.
