yes, Its a communication letter reception.
Whenever you send any document to immigration dept, after few days you receive message in your inbox with the subject of reception of communication letter.

Is there anyone got CSQ here or know some one got his CSQ while he is not Bill 9 victim. ??
I see all people are getting CSQ from my company are Bill 9 victims only while others Inland with VJO didn't get their CSQ

Invitation for Non Bill 9 victim are sent on below dates with no any one from my friends got it till now

July 17 , September 4 , October 29 and December 12

Yours and my timeline are same. except the docs sent. with one month late than yours in my case. lets see, I am expecting AOR in first week of June. by observing your timeline. I am inland + LMIA + VJO.
