After passing the medical exam, you should be waiting for the "decision made" status. There's no specific time frame for that, but hopefully it'll be soon. All the best

The processing time for new pr cards has dropped to 94 days.

I think if you see that the medical has passed without the Xray, they won't ask you to do the X-ray, which means you're lucky. I had the same situation but our entire application was put on hold till my wife did the X-ray after the delivery date (details found in my signature), any that's only...

So now I know what it means. If anyone would have a similar situation: might see "your action is required", yet you don't have to submit any document, this means that they are updating your file. I got this two days ago, and today it shows that I passed my medical exam. Hopefully I'll see DM soon.
