exactly... if they want to see the tax return they should include it in the document list at the first place, rather than requesting again after 4 months he/she submitted all documents requested... if thats the case its really showing them trying to extend the processing time on purpose

By looking at the number of invitations, they should have processed them all in less than a couple of months. No one knows how do they process the applications. I think they are delaying now instead of 6 months, it takes a year or so.
