In my case the 6 month period completed 2 days ago. So I called them again yesterday and they couldn't see nothing more than what I see online.
But I think that they process according to the file number. In here, I think, nobody got his CSQ with file number before 450.
I am trying to find a pattern...

invitation : 4th july
document request: 3rd November
Document sent: 11 November
Document Acknowledgement: 18 November
status : still processing
so i am in a same boat i guess so keep in touch if you find any update in your file and i ll let you know if i find any in mine . Thanks

I have same situation like you .my file number is 450+. Almost 6 month past. But no news.

May i ask you what kind of documents they asked you?
Me too, they asked me to resubmit my application because I haven't added my son, but my lawyer after communicating with them, she sent a letter explaining that they made a mistake. But mine it wasn't intention to reject.

And my Canadian diploma is not true copy

Was that a mistake on your side? Or did they lose your photo while processing the documents?

I am seeing so many intent to rejects in this forum and i am curious if they arecreating excuses to stay within their 6-month processing promise.

I called them the other day. They were saying we don’t have any updates and your mail might not be opened yet. I think customer service can only see what we see online. But i think it’s better whoever is waiting for AOR to call them so that they know that many applicants are waiting for AOR.
BTW next week 6 months period ll be completed after docs submission in my case.

You have to again wait for 6 more months because 6months wait time starts after acknowledgement of all the required documents added to your file.
You send the document again but didn’t recieved acknowledgment, so practically your waiting time for 6 months is not yet started..

Well i hope that’s not the case. I had submitted all of the required docs 6 months before. They asked for Photos, one transcript and financial self sufficiency form again in the intent to reject letter though i had already submitted them before. The intent to reject letter is usually sent when they are making the final decision on your file.
If each time they start the 6 months counter then this process will take forever. Anyways the process still takes around a year for all of us if we count the start date of of our applications on Monproject. The 6 months period is merely a tactic number!
