Hi guys.

I'm the bill 9 victim and I've been waiting for more than 4years.

my processing is...

Bill 9 victim / Inland

2019-08-19 : Arrima invitation
2019-09-10: Mon Projet Quebec submission (#1050+)
2020-02-07: Docs request
2020-03-11: Docs sent
2020-03-20: Docs aknowledgement
2020-06-11: CSQ received

Thanks guys.
Your information has been very helpful so I want to share with you guys.
I hope all of you get it soon!
Good luck everyone!
Congratulations, I have a question please:
Was it 2020-02-07 the first time when they requested for Docs? or they asked before they cancel your file and then they asked you again. I am asking because you mentioned that you have been waiting for 4 years so I am wondering how they only requested your Docs this year. I am one of the bill 9 files and I am worried because they asked me to send my Docs before they canceled my file and I sent them mine, and they never ask me again after.
Thanks

Hi,
I submitted all the papers before the file was cancled.I think it was 2015. And after cancellation, they asked me again 2020-02-07. So I submitted almost all paper documents once more.I was able to check the list again on the MPQ system.
Good luck to you.
Thanks.

Hi guys,
A friend of mine has just got his csq with his wife and kids (June 12th). He’s a Bill 9 victim, inland, no VJO, no French test, and has a file # 13++. Just wanted to let you know.

Hi guys,

a question about the recent changes on PEQ:

Since the requirement now for Quebec-graduates is to have 24 months work experience in Quebec after graduation (I am talking about holders of vocational diplomas) and since most vocational diplomas are in Quebec are 16 months (ie 1800 hours); my question is: how would anyone be granted a work permit longer than the period of their studies? how does that work? My understanding is that in Canada you are given a work permit after graduation equal to the period of your studies ... then how come in PEQ program they demand 24 months work experience when the maximum period of the work permit is 16 months if I go through a vocational diploma program in Quebec?
