For FSW application you need a positive AEO (Arranged Employment Opinion) confirmed by HRSDC or Service Canada. LMO is for temporary workers to take up employment in Canada.echoes1978 said:If I have arranged employment and labour market oppinion, do I have to apply under provincial nominee program, or can I apply directly as a federal skilled worker like those aplicants who are on NOC 29 list?

If the AEO is approved by HRSDC or Service canada and we have applied for PR with this positive approval, are there chances that the AEO might get rejected from VIsa Office later?
Simon, Vital and others please reply............
