We aren't married yet. We would only be considered common law at best but we can't prove it in the conventional way that is required.

You could still include a copy of your facebook profile to show that your relationship has been made public. I don't have a lease or joint ownership of a property with my wife, so I got a notarized letter from my parents stating we are living with them rent free. I also got one from parents are my side and my wife's side stating we are a genuine couple.
