Where it asks this on IMM5533 and then asks to provide a lease or joint ownership etc

I am living with my parents with my wife until late may. I included a letter signed by both of us with an explanation of why we don't have these things. I also included a notarized letter from my parents stating we are living with them rent free. Also, I included a joint bank account with over 10,000$ in it

Will this be enough? This is what I sent

Depends on how the VO wants to interpret the 3 out of 6 requirement. The letter from your parents could qualify as both the lease and a family letter, while the joint bank statement could qualify as both a document with the same address and proof of financial support. Or the VO could decide you only satisfied 2 out of 6 requirements.

I have a separate letter from my parents stating the genuiness of our relationship. The bank account does not show us at the same address. They would not allow it because she doesn't have a piece of ID with my address on it

So I included:
A family letter (notarized)
Joint bank account
Letter from parents stating we are living with them rent free (notarized)

Do you think this will be enough?

Is this something that would have your app returned? Or would they ask for me info?

is it difficult to change your wife's ID to have your address on it? that would be better I think

I don't see how she would change her ID to have my address on it, she is not a Canadian.

I have already sent it out

I just want to know if they will send it back or ask for more if I haven't provided enough

You will just need to wait and see. The new application hasn't been around long enough to really say for sure how strict IRCC will be.

Any idea how long it takes for an app to be returned? (If it's returned)

I saw another thread where a person was in my situation and called Canada immigration to see what to do and they said to "attach a form explaining why"

Anyone else have anything to add?

I'm in a very similar situation. We've been living together for over a year now but only 12 months consecutively. However it's been either with her parents in Canada or my parents in the UK. So we don't have lease agreements and such, only bank statements and her visa papers for the UK.

I'd like to know how you get on as I thought that you couldn't even apply if you didn't have something as concrete as a lease agreement.

It may sound stupid, but would Facebook be a legitimate source of information to prove a relationship?

I used facebook. I sent copies of both of our facebook profiles showing that we are married and that our marriage is public
