Are you accompanying a family member who has status in Canada?

Hello everyone, I would like to ask a question.
I am studying in Canada now under Study Permit. I'm going to apply for extending my Study Permit and also a Spouse Open Work Permit for my wife back in my homeland.
In the questionnaire, I found this question that confused me:
- Are you accompanying a family member who has status in Canada?
In this moment, I don't have any other family member living in canada, the only member I am going to apply OWP for is my wife and she is in my country.
So what should I answer in this question.
