Are we still considered as common-law after being married?

Hi Guys,
This might sounds silly but I am a little confused.
I am applying immigration for my wife.
There is a question in IMM5285E-Spouse/Common-law questionnaire
5. Are you in a common-law relationship, i.e. have you and your sponsor lived together in a conjugal relationship for a period of at least one year?

Shall I answer yes or no to this question? We are married, but are we still being considered as common-law relationship?

Appreciate all your help.
Thanks.

No. You are still in a conjugal type relationship, but since you are now legally married you are not `also' common-law.
