Are there two AOR's or one?

I (the sponsor) received an AOR saying they received my appliccation. PA got a BIL and MIL but no AOR of his own (he did get a UCI of his own). Is he supposed to get an AOR?

There’s only one AOR. The sponsor receives it.

I second the comment from @Lihei there is only one AOR email and it is sent to the sponsor

I remember reading about the owp and it said it can only be received after the PA's AOR is received. Maybe I misunderstood. Anyway we're doing outland so it's irrelevant...
