Are there two AOR's or one?

Thank you! You helped ease my mind. I remember reading about the owp and it said it can only be received after the PA's AOR is received. Maybe I misunderstood. Anyway we're doing outland so it's irrelevant...

Need help for a specific situation from experts pls

The baby is eligible for Canadian citizenship. They cannot be sponsored. Once the baby is born apply for citizenship. Best of luck! As for the x-ray I don't know, I would suggest she speaks with her gynecologist.

Translated document + original notarized document (not translated)

Isn't that what's required? I hope so because that's what I did. They say you have to have any photocopy that's not originally in English or French certified and also have it translated. Personally I used two different people for that (a notary public and a certified Canadian translator)...

    When to apply?

Thank you so much for your detailed response! I'm working on the application and obtaining the needed documents. It's still not clear to me whether the principal applicant is only my partner or also our dependent children. They are minors (2 and 6 years old).

    When to apply?

My partner, myself and our two small children live outside Canada. I'm a Canadian citizen and I want to sponsor them for us to move to Canada. We're planning to move in about 10 months. When will be the right time to fill out and send the application documents? Right now it would be a bit more...
