I had come to know through an agent that he is having some paid job offers that only used for the sake of immigration.
Job offers are valid and approved from HRSDC.

I just want to confirm if there are such job offers really exist that people use for immigration.

I understand you wish to immigrate to Canada. If you go by these agents, there is always a chance that you will loose your money. Then not only your dream of immigration to Canada will be shattered but also you will loose your money. Think of that day when it will happen. What impact it will have on your life? I dont know how rich you are , but it is not worth to pay to come to Canada.
