They will return all of your documents other than the filled forms like IMM1294, family information etc which the CHC retains with itself. This reduction in weight might be due to it. I think it's a visa hopefully

Thanks people... Also the story of the weight is that they only returned my passport, letter of introduction (if that's the letter which has UCI and file number), CAQ and my transcripts. They didn't return any other document.

Haven't they even returned your SOP, proof of ties etc? Because here in Pakistan they do return all the documents.

I hadn't submitted any SOP and proof of ties were just my immigration documents here. So I only got back my passport and transcripts.
