ARC question

Dear experts,

I have an exclusion order till Feb, 2011 but filing my sponsorship forms in a few days and was wondering if its required to file an arc along with the sponsorship forms?

At the boarder when they gave me the exclusion order i was told that if the sponsorship forms are accepted I wouldnt need to worry about an ARC and that the exlusion order would be dropped, is that correct?

Please help i'm so confused!

I was told at POE that even if sponsorship/PR is approved, you have to wait until exclusion order expires before you can enter Canada.

Yes, you would have to include an ARC application with the forms for a chance to overturn exclusion order. On the other hand, Feb 2011 is just over eight months away. It might take that long just to complete sponsorship/PR application.
