ARC is going to approve ????? Help

HI Everyone
I have long story,I will try to explain. I was divorce before i came to Canada and file a refugee in 2004 then my ex wife and kids enter in Canada 2005 as refugee and her case was approve and now she is Canadian citizen.I was voluntarily deported on my own expense at oct,2009, and i remarried to my ex wife few months before i left Canada.2011 my wife file family class sponsorship and i waited three years then i order GCSM NOTES and i saw VO have comments thats 1/ why i did not apply sponsorship when i was in canada 2/ how come remarried to same wife =(IN Islamic point of view wife can not remarried to same person unless wife married some other person then she can remmried to you.)= After remarried i have one more child was born in Canada .After wait so long 2014 they ask me DNA TEST and for my new born child and after positive result they ask me to re medical and is going to expire in oct,2015.Last month they ask me landing fees $ 490 and ARC $400 and explanation letterabout what you did in Canada etc.
1= MY lawyer sent a ARC explanation letter to Canadian Embassy via email not the courier.Via email is enough?????
2= This is a possible I am going to approve ARC ???

Your ARC should be approved. However your case is quite complicated and CIC may have other concerns about your application (they will likely want to make sure there was no divorce or marriage of convenience).

Hopefully you are working with a good lawyer. I think in your case it's important to have legal advice due to the complexity of your situation.

last Year when i went to Embbassy for DNA test.I mate my VO he said you have good lawyer(Green and spiegel )Then my GCSM notes has positive comments .VO wrote on comments that he is satisfied with my case.I hope i will get PPR.

I sent RPRF and ARC fees august 3 and still waiting reply from Embassy.

Not yet. 90% ARC going to approve in FAM case.I hope i will get it soon.

They didn't ask me to redo medicals. And I see decision made for one month now .after five years of waiting

My husband is also waiting for a decision on his ARC application. I sent the sponsorship application in August of 2014 but we had to resubmit a form due changes CIC made on the sponsorship form in August of 2014 so CIC deemed our application received October 2014. My husband had an interview in March of this year and he was requested to send $400 plus a letter stating his reasons for overstaying which were all sent in April 2015. Since then the VO has not touched his file, I have sent emails every month and all they tell me is that his application is still under review. My MP also inquired about the status of his application and we were told that he passed the background check, his medicals expired in July of this year but the MP said his medicals are good until next year. We are just waiting for the Immigration program manager to review his ARC application and make a decision, hopefully a positive decision. My husband made a refugee claim in Canada, he was denied but did not leave after 30 days of receiving his negative decision, he stayed because we were in a relationship and I did not want him to go ( he was only in Canada for 11 months), he left when CBSA contacted him, so his departure order turned into deportation order. I have visited him twice since he left but I just don't have enough vacation time to keep doing this and the waiting period is really affecting me, I'm just so depressed and unfortunately there is nothing I can do to get the VO to look at his file. I'm sorry for venting my frustration but I'm really feeling at a loss and I don't know what else to do but just keep on waiting

What is visa processing time for his country?Medical valid only for year then VO will ask you re medical fo sure.In family sponsorship ARC going approve for husband .Don't worry he will comes soon. Usually ARC case take little bit extra time.

CIC processing times says 16 months but the Vienna thread shows people being processed within 9 months. However applications received in Dec 2014 and early this year have already received COPR but most the interview was waived.

Like i said deportation case takes extra time .Mine processing time was 33 months and i still waiting more then 49 months.My 2nd medical is expiring 2nd week of October so i hope it will be done very soon.
