Arabic request letter for Saudi PCC

I am asked by CHC London to submit PCC from Saudi. I know the procedures as I did it earlier. The problem is CHC London did not send me original Arabic request letter. When I contacted CHC Riyadh, for a Arabic request letter, they told me that as my application is being processed at CHC London, I should contact them directly.
I have sent a request to CHC London aweek agoto courier me original Arabic letter, but I have not received any reply so far. My questions are as below
Is any one in similar situation???
Is the Arabic request letter from CHC London different from Arabic letter earlier being issued by CHC Riyadh???
I will appreciate a quick reply???

See if u r applying from London or Delhi u must be having file no with request from VO to submit ur PCC. if u r in Riyadh u just write one covering letter fax it along with ur CIC letter in which they asked u to submit PCC, remember there should be file no. on it. once u fax it u will get a call from Riaydh embassy to come and pick and even u have facility to get it thru TNT they will Charge 120 SR.

There is difference whether u take it from london or Riyadh, for your information if u r in Riyadh u have to take it from Riyadh itself and they will not refuse it.

I have done it that's the reason im writing in detail. hope its clear to u.

actually,the arabic request letter given by CHC london is just the same with the one being given by their embassy in riyadh. it is signed by a fellow named robertson i think

better request the letter from chc london by email. maybe you can indicate in the subject that it's an urgent request for the arabic letter. jst explain that you did not receive the letter request. do not forget of course, your immigration file number. this is very important
