Hey Guyz!

I would like to ask your opinion with regards to my application. Yesterday, I received a call from the Canadian Embassy informing that she's going to send my papers back to me. Does it mean, I got APPROVED? I visited the CIC website that it's stated there DECISION MADE.

If your denied, do they need to call you? I hope you can help me. Thanks :-)

If they are sending your app back to you then there is something wrong with your app you will need to fix it and resubmitt it,thats the only reason i see them sending back an app.

it all depends at which stage you are at?
if you sent your application off a year ago, and you have had an interview, then returning the papers back, could mean the proofs, in which case yes you have been approved

if you didn't apply long ago then possibly your application was incomplete
it all depends
goodluck

Hi vinz! Congratulations! I can truly feel your happiness here hehehe. By the way if I may ask, are you a same sex couple? ( femme or male ). Whew you had been on a long journey but worth the wait. I am just wondering why it took them so long to give you the visa. Conjugal is under family sponsorship and we should have the same processing time which would take 4-8 months. I am really confused., my application is going barely 7 months from the time they processed my papers here. Last reply from our MP was application in queue for selective review and processing time is now 12 months. But the AOR they provided clearly stated 6 months. May I know if they asked for an interview? What papers/ proofs did you send them. How long have you been together with your partner, how did you meet, and how many times did you see each other? I see that you have a representative, which we didn't get due to money matters. Please help me, you're one of a few people in the forum which is similar to my case here in the Philippines. Hope to hear from you soon! thanks!!!
